Melt, breathe, unwind.
Yin Yoga in English
NEW: Every Friday from 18.15 - 19.30 at "Die Mathilde" in Fürth

Course description:
Step onto your mat and sink into your body with Yin Yoga—a deeply nurturing practice on all levels of being!
In this class, we linger in each posture for several minutes, targeting the deep connective tissues where tension often hides.
By combining mindful stillness with conscious breathing, you’ll release tightness, open space, and invite a profound sense of calm.
Each session gently guides you to reconnect with a quieter, more centered version of yourself.
The practice offers modifications to honor your body’s unique needs. Leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and carrying a sense of ease and spaciousness into your Friday evening
What is Yin Yoga?
If you're new to yoga, Yin Yoga can be a particularly accessible way to explore flexibility, body awareness, and relaxation.
It's a slow, meditative style of yoga where you hold mostly passive poses for a longer time—typically 2–5 minutes, sometimes longer.
The main idea is to gently stress the body's connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints) rather than primarily working the muscles as in more dynamic yoga styles.
Positions are mostly seated, lying or supported.
